The garage sale was SO much work, it was 105 degrees with the heat index, people were really rude, but we made $700 bucks for our trip!! I am already so tired and 16 total hours of work out in the heat didn’t help, but we are so grateful for the money we were able to raise. My mom came out for 7 hours Friday night to help us get everything set out and priced. She worked harder and longer than I did that night… she is the BEST!!!!

Thank you so much to everyone who donated items to the sale. You all totally confirmed that we are supposed to be going on this trip. Chris’ grandparents were so awesome for hosting our sale. My mom worked hard and sweated like crazy for us. God hooked up some clear skies. My hot husband hauled furniture around 40 times (and looked very nice doing it). So many people made this possible, so thanks to all of you!! We are one step closer to Italy and getting people saved!
