So far, pregnancy has been the most amazing experience. I know it’s still early and there’s a lot to come, but it is just so exciting and humbling to know that there is a tiny little person growing inside of me… I think I understand the love of Christ a little better now. I have gotten so attached to this baby, and I already love him/her so much. It’s just pure love.

I haven’t gotten sick yet, and I hear the first few weeks determine the rest of the pregnancy. My main issue has been sleepiness and headaches. I could lay my head down right now and sleep til tomorrow (it’s 2:45pm). The headaches are worse in the mornings and at night- not as bad mid day.  But, I’ll take being pregnant and tired any day over not being pregnant. I love it! It’s such a miracle… it just blows my mind that God trusts me with another human life. Anyway, thanks for listening to my thoughts

You have probably already heard, but if not- I’M PREGNANT!! I am almost 5 weeks and super excited! We told a handful of people on Monday, and by yesterday morning, most of the universe knew. Word sure does travel fast. Please join in prayer with us for a healthy baby. I feel pretty good… no morning sickness- just a lot of fatigue, some headaches, some sleeplessness, and a lot of potty breaks.

Also, please be in prayer for the garage sale on Saturday. We have a lot of great stuff, but we still really need some big ticket items. So, if God is calling you to give up that big screen tv or couch or car or something… let me know! Also, if you wanted to talk to God about no rain, that would be much appreciated, too!
