I got to Brian Seay’s blog through a Carole Turner twitter. He is a dad to Ethiopian adopted children and works with Compassion International. There were a couple statements in there that really struck me:

“But when it was time to make a decision those obstacles were about my selfishness, not about my obedience. I have said for a long time that God’s will is found at the intersection of NEED and ABILITY.”
