More Beautiful Handmade African Art!!

So, yesterday’s post was all for the boys of the slum program I work with here in Kampala. Every penny you send with those orders will go straight to them! But, as you can imagine, being in Uganda already 3x longer than I anticipated (and budgeted for) is stretching us to the max financially. God is totally pulling a loaves and fish miracle here… Our money has lasted much longer than I ever imagined and people have very generously donated to us, but we’re running low on cash and need to prepare for coming expenses.

That being said, we will now be selling these BEAUTIFUL handmade, banana fiber art greeting cards. Pictures do not do them any justice… Each one is unique and like a little piece of artwork. I am even getting some to frame in our house- they are absolutely gorgeous!! Different African animals and scenes are depicted on every card, and the inside is blank so you can use them for any occasion! Those are not drawings- they are pieces of banana fiber meticulously cut out and attached to the front of the card to create absolutely stunning art pieces.

I am purchasing them from an amazing woman of God here who has selflessly cared for the kids at Moses’ orphanage for many years. She is an incredible example of selflessness, gentleness, faithfulness, respect, patience, forgiveness, and the love of Christ. About half of the money will go towards her family, and the rest will be put into this adoption and the cost of staying here until we get Moses home! Two great causes supported, some beautiful pieces sent to your door. Can’t beat that, right?

They will be packaged randomly and as follows:

$8 for a set of 5 cards with envelopes

$14 for a set of 10 cards with envelopes

$20 for a set of 15 cards with envelopes

Shipping will depend on amount, and will range from about $2-4.

Please email all orders to meghanmatt@gmail.com, or leave a comment in the comments section of this post. Thank you so much, and enjoy!!

I would love a set of cards! How about 5 cards!

I’d rather not post my address in the comments; could you email me for that information?

Praying for your family and that your son can come home with you VERY SOON!
